In general, drop rods are used to secure a pair of gates where they meet in the center of an opening. Two of Our Drop Rod Guides are designed to be used in conjunction with a piece of 1-3/8" tubing, and drop rod fork, in order to build your own drop rod. We also offer complete units that are already fabricated.

Our drop rod guides are available for either 1-5/8" or 2" gate frames. Bolts and nuts are not included.
