Details
Malleable floor flanges are made to mount chain link posts to a flat surface such as concrete, wood, or steel. Secure floor flange to flat surface using concrete wedge anchors, or another proper fastener designed for the material you are mounting to. Simply cut chain link posts to proper length and secure to post flange with set screw included with fitting. Post floor flange is made with malleable steel and rust resistant for outdoor environments.

I have a canopy that was purchased from Costco 20 years ago. I replaced the plastic bases once, but I can no longer find them. The Santa Ana winds here in southern California destroyed the plastic bases. The poles are 2 inches OD and was concerned when 1 7/8 poles fitting was mentioned. It was a snug fit, but my 2 inch poles fit perfect. Drilled a hole in the pole and it was anchored firm. The Hoover cast metal bases will probably outlast my canopy. Good surface mount base. Would work great with a chain link fence surface mounted on cement.

shipping seems slow 
Web site is great, product selection is great, product quality is great, prices are okay. My only complaint is that the total time from order to receipt of goods seems significantly longer than other vendors.
