81-800 Detex Power Supply for Electric Latch Retraction (ER) Devices

The 81-800 Detex Power Supply for Electric Latch Retraction (ER) devices will convert standard 120VAC input power into regulated and filtered 24VDC output, providing reliable electrical support for a wide range of electrified door hardware and access control components. This Power supply will have a continuous 1 AMP current and will control one Detex ER device. The outer box is made with 18 Gauge Steel, powder coated, and has a hinged cover for ease of access.

Designed for commercial and institutional security systems, the Series 800 controller ensures consistent power delivery required for proper operation of electrified exit devices and related accessories. Engineered to protect sensitive electronic hardware, the Detex 81-800 incorporates regulated power filtering to reduce electrical surges and voltage spikes while maintaining stable performance. The integrated battery charging circuit allows optional backup batteries (sold separately) to be connected, helping maintain system operation during power interruptions.
