EMX Retro-Reflective Photoeye Kit (NIR)
Our NIR retroreflective photoeye sensor provides entrapment protection for commercial overhead doors, gates and parking barriers. With its flexible voltages, compact design and LED indicators, this photoeye is easy to use and install.
The NIR kit includes: photoeye with hood, reflector with hood, and mounting bracket with hardware.
For gate or door operators that require a monitored safety device, see our UL325 PHOTOEYES. The NIR is not UL compliant.
EMX Industries manufactures the NIR Retro-Reflective Photoeye for situations where power is available only on one side of the gate/door. The NIR photoeye can be used as a reversing sensor for commercial overhead doors, gates and parking barriers. Photoeye has a 30' range. Unit comes with mounting brackets and a reflector that requires no power. Photoeye hooks up to your gate operator control box. Optional replacement reflector and protective hood available below.

Here is a local Hoover Fence Co Installation in Warren, OH. We installed a double commercial chain link swing gate with barbed wire, automated with a Linear Pro Access PRO-SW3000XLS & PRO-SW3200XLS, EMX NIR Photo Eye, FM-144 Electric Lock, and F310. These operators are installed in a Push-to-Open configuration.
