Gravity Latches for Wood Gates (NW38204)

Gravity thumb latches are commonly used on wood gates. Typically they are mounted on the inside of the gate. Latches may only be opened from the side they are mounted on unless the gate is short enough where one can reach over the gate. Latches are self-latching. For child safety, pair this latch with self-closing hinges, a gate spring, or the Kant-Slam today for pool safety. Gate latches are available with a rust resistant zinc coating or with a black finish. There is a provision for a padlock to be added.

This latch is ideal for use with wood gates.
