The Ideal style Carolina #403M aluminum fence has a smooth top rail with staggered pickets between the two top rails, with a modified bottom rail that meets most pool codes. All heights have three rails.

- Rail top style with every other picket missing between two top rails
- Available in 3', 4', 4-1/2', 5' and 6' heights
- All heights have 3 rails
- Modified bottom rail style (pickets end at bottom rail)
- Modified 4-1/2' height meets stringent pool codes that require at least 45" spacing between horizontal rails (always check with your local pool code which may vary)
- Fence height is actual overall length of longest pickets
- Posts punched with screw holes, attached with SS screws
- Stainless steel fasteners, coated to match fence
- Sections are shipped fully assembled
- Standard Sections Rack up to 8" (Special Order Sections can rack up to 22")
- Posts and gates are sold separately
- 6063 T5 aluminum alloy is strong as steel without the rust!

The seriously high shipping and handling Then residential delivery fees make any small to medium purchase extremely expensive. The fence parts were not wrapped very well and many parts arrived scratched.

Everything was excellent, exept it took about 10 weeks from the time I placed the order. I was told about this timing, but I may not be able to wait so long on my next project

Product was packaged great! Ordering was nice as Hoover double checked with us and ammended our order a couple of times due to changes with elevation and size. Recieving it was a bit rough as the product on the pallet was 6x8 and the truck had a lift gate that was too small to get the product to the ground. Fortunately there was a fork lift near by to assist us or we would have been hand unloading all of it. We are excited to see it after install! Product does look top notch!
