60" High Steel Adjust-A-Gate Kits are ideal for 5', 6' and higher wood gates, allowing pickets to rest near flush top and bottom rails, or with a slight overlap. Steel gate frame is approximately 5' high. 'Round up' if your gate width is close to width shown. Gates feature 1-1/4" steel galvanized and painted gate frames. Gate hardware is included. Gate hinges included in kit feature 5/8" pins, compatible with any of our other male hinges with 5/8" pin, including most within our chain link catalog. Consider and add alternate gate hardware for an assortment of other features such gates that open in and gates that open in and out. Gate kits may be mounted to round posts, masonry walls, and wood posts using different hardware.

The only hiccup was I assumed that the gate frames would work on pre-assembled fence section but fence rails did not line up with the metal frame. Worked out for the better though. I used the suggested 2x4 lumber and purchased individual fence pickets and ended up with a very sturdy gate of nice quality."

Customer used DAG-60-3 for the Double Drive Gate and AG-36-3S for the Single Walk Gate. They also used upgraded J-Bolt Male Hinges on the Double Drive Gate, to support the extra weight of the wood used.
