The Juno Residential Slide Gate Operator is a sleek, pad mount standard, compact gate operator designed for residential slide gate applications while offering the power and performance of a light commercial operator. Built for smooth and reliable gate movement, the Juno uses a motor, gearbox, and output sprocket to move a chain attached to the sliding gate, making it a strong solution for residential driveways and automated gate systems.

Programmed and controlled through the integrated Mercury 310 controller, the Juno is designed for simple setup, efficient operation, and dependable performance. The operator runs on a 12VDC battery system with an internal battery charger, and the control board includes MPPT solar controller technology for solar-ready installations. This makes the Juno a flexible option for both AC-powered and solar-powered gate applications.

The Juno is capable of moving slide gates up to 800 lbs. and 40 ft. long, making it a powerful choice for many residential gate openings. Soft-start and soft-stop operation help provide smooth, quiet gate movement, while automatic gate position sensing allows the gate to slow down as it reaches the full open or close position. Magnetic targets installed at each end of the drive chain are used to establish the full open and close limits.

Designed with both appearance and functionality in mind, the Juno features a modern molded UV-stabilized enclosure, integrated photo eye, driveway light, red/green status indicator, and a lockable front-mounted manual release for security and convenience. Battery power also helps keep the system operating during power outages when properly configured.

NOTE: A minimum of one monitored entrapment protection device is required by UL 325 for all slide gate operators. The installer is responsible for ensuring all UL 325 and ASTM F2656 requirements are met.

The Juno 310 AC model includes one 8Ah battery, while the Juno 310 Solar model includes two 8Ah batteries for 16Ah total. Solar installations require a 12V rated solar panel, and depending on accessories, gate cycles per day, and available sunlight, additional battery capacity may be required.
