Keystone Advantage Metal Two-Sided Lockable Gate Latches (KLADV-M2)
The new Keystone Advantage™ Metal Two-Way Lockable Gate Latch is sure to be popular with it's great features and price. Components are all rust-resistant, consisting of stainless steel and die cast zinc parts with marine grade powder coating. Latch is completely reversible for right hand or left hand gate openings. Key lockable from inside or outside. Can be keyed-alike to match most household doors. Latch will fit gate posts ranging from 1-3/4" to 5". Striker fits gate frames of 1-1/2" and up. Will work on gates with distance between the gate post and gate upright of 1/2" to 1-1/4". Warranted to be free of defects in material and workmanship by manufacturer.

Latch and hinge for new gate project 
The items I purchased were some of the best hardware I have seen. The hinges worked perfectly and function just as I anticipated.Best quality I have encountered. Unfortunately the latch was not compatible with the new gate. It was my fault and certainly not the product. Actually I was designing the gate and hardware from memory, and all of my previous measurements did not take into account some of the mounting/latching nuances. Again, my fault, not the product.
