Optional Mounting Kit for Cannonball Gate Closer (#CBP). Includes a Staple on Plate, Hook on Plate, and Quick Link for attaching chain to posts and gate. Replaces the Standard Fence Staples included with the Cannonball Closer.
Mounting Kit for Cannonball Gate Closer (CBP-MK) Features:- Includes a Staple on Plate (#3487), Hook on Plate (#3486), and Quick Link (#3036).
- Hot Dipped Galvanized with Black Polyester Powder Coat Finish (BPPCG) that will endure for Years and Years!

Cannonball Gate Closer Installation Guide (PDF)
- The Cannonball Gate Closer requires that an additional post be installed behind the hinge post. The chain is then attached between this extra post and the gate with a six-pound solid cast iron ball suspended on the chain. Gravity does the rest!
