Stretching and Aligning using a Pul Jak:
With chain link tension bar in fence, (using a "Model B" Pul Jak), hook the stretcher studs into the fence fabric. Place workhead around fence post, pump handle, drawing fence into desired clamping position.
Note: To release tension, simple depress trigger cam.

Purchased the pull jacks with the bar..
Purchased the pull jacks with the bar and hook on the end. Works great for pulling 4 and 5 tall fence.
I purchased a Puljak
I purchased a Puljak type B from Hoover. The website was easy to maneuver though. They called to verify the order and address and it shipped out that same day. I am very pleased with the Puljak it works as advertised.
