Our Auto-Closing Standard Latch is similar to other products you may have seen elsewhere in the fencing industry but manufactured from 304 stainless steel to ensure it won’t rust. Its spring loaded to ensure it catches and lockable from the front side.
The 8200-304 Standard Auto-Closing Gate Latches from Snug Cottage Hardware are designed for use with vinyl fence gates. These latches are constructed of 304 Stainless Steel and are available in a Black (8200-BPSS) or White (8200-WPSS) polyester powder-coated finish.
These latches, sometimes referred to as hatchet latches, are auto latching and include color-matched stainless steel TEK fasteners for easy installation.
