Stainless Steel Self-Closing Wrap-Around Strap Hinges (7400-BWSS)
A stainless steel, self-closing hinge with wrap around post mount intended for use with wood gate and fence projects.
This hardware is ideal for use with Wood Gates. We also offer a version for Vinyl Gates (#7400-V).
Stainless Steel Self-Closing Wrap-Around Strap Hinges (7400-BWSS) Features:- Self-closing hinge with adjustable tension, intended for residential use.
- Spring May Be Left with No Tension if Self Closing is Not Required
- Heavy Gates May Require an Additional Gate Spring
- Intended for use on wood gates up to 48" wide x 72" high.
- The strap is 8" long x 3-1/2" high with a 1-1/2" wrap-around.
- The wrap-around post mount is 3-1/4" wide x 3-1/2" high.
- Sold in pairs.
- Manufactured from 304 stainless steel.
- Available in Black Polyester Powder Coat finish.
- Color matched stainless steel wood screws (2" x #12) included.

Here are some great pictures showcasing a very nice custom wood arbor and double gate built by our customer Scott out in New Boston, NH. We are very appreciative of the pictures and glad that he chose us for his gate hardware needs. This gate is hung using Snug Cottage self-closing wrap around stainless steel hinges in black (7400-BWSS). The gate is secured in the middle with a latch and (2) drop pins to secure the gate leafs in the open position.
