Product Code: FM142 & FM144 This page features two different electric latching locks for GTO gate operators. These electric locks can be used on single or double drive gates. For pedestrian gates, use the Bulldog lock found here. Compatible with our PRO1500, PRO2500, PRO3000, PRO4000 operators as well as discontinued models PRO1000, PRO1800 & PRO2000. These horizontal locks are a MUST for added security. Solenoid driven, plated steel bolt lock has a black powder coated finish. Proven to withstand 3500 lbs. of force. Comes with a keyed manual release. The gate will lock automatically when closing and unlock when opening, regardless of which access device you use. The 433IH receiver shown below is used for latching to a column or wall.
This lock is used for gates that "pull-to-open". Lock is mounted on the inside of the gate, the same side the operators are mounted on. The gate opens inward, away from the road. When using on double drive gates, sequencing of the gate will stabilize one half of the gate for the lock to engage when fully closed. Lock can be used for various applications including iron, aluminum, and chain link gates. Mounting hardware is not supplied with this lock because applications will vary. Hardware is readily available at any hardware store. Please read the manual (linked below) for included parts and mounting information. For the GTO Slide Gate Operator (SL1000), order the SL-1000B, which has a built-in motor brake that acts like a lock. These locks depicted here are unnecessary. The GTO control board is ready to accept this add-on accessory. Simply mount the lock, run the provided wire across the gate to the control box and plug it in. This lock is similar to the FM144 above but it has the latching mechanism on the opposite side of the lock. This lock is used for gates that "push-to-open". Lock is mounted on the inside of the gate, the same side the operators are mounted on. The gate opens outward, toward the road. When using on double drive gates, sequencing of the gate will stabilize one half of the gate for the lock to engage when fully closed. Brackets may be required to mount the receiver in the correct position to accept the lock's latching mechanism when mounting to a post. (usually a "Z" shaped bracket). Use the 433IH receiver below when mounting to a column. Mounting brackets are not included. Hardware is readily available at any hardware store. Lock can also be used to lock the gate in the open position, primarily to take the stress off the gate operator in high wind situations. Heavy solid gates may require this lock. The GTO control board is ready to accept this add-on accessory. Simply mount the lock, run the provided wire across the gate to the control box and plug it in. $149.95 Product Code: 433IH Column Mount Receiver (for GTO locks above) Use this special latch receiver for situations when the latch will not be flush mounted to the gate or post. Primarily used on single gates closing to a column where the latch receiver supplied with the lock will not work. This receiver can also be used for mounting to walls.
