The images below show before and after pictures of a customer's front entrance gate. The customer installed a A-series style#6 gate, GTO PRO1000 gate operator, RB975 master pin lock and LEM1DLS intercom system. He mounted his gate on existing posts using 349IH column mount adapters. Hello.  My name is Garth J., and my wife & I ordered a gate and gate operator from you back in March. I had some problems with the installation of the gate and operator, and contacted you several times for help. The last time I spoke to you, I was having a problem with the gate opening approximately 12 inches, then reversing itself and slamming shut. You suggested increasing the inertia.
