The BadAss VersaWeld Hinge (CI3075)
The BadAss VersaWeld – a simple hinge that welds on nearly any gate right out of the box. CNC machined to the tightest tolerances in the industry. Due to SHUT IT’s unique bushing design The VersaWeld, like all other SHUT IT gate hinges, produces near frictionless movement with maintenance free usage.
- The BadAss VersaWeld Hinge (CI3075) Features:
- One simple hinge that welds on nearly any gate right out of the box
- Fits either flat or round posts or gates no adaptors needed
- High-temp bearings, safe to powder-coat with hinges installed on gate
- Smoother than traditional block or barrel hinges
- 2 sealed ball bearings
- No greasing, no maintenance. EVER!
- Precision bushing distributes gate load for optimal performance and hinge longevity
- Load rating per gate: 2,000 lb (900kg)
- Maximum gate weight: 1,100 lb (500kg)
- Approx Gate Size: 6ft W x 8ft H (1.5m x 2m)
