D-10035 Standard Kit – No Lock Box – Detex Advantex Stainless Steel Bar (D-10035)
The D-10035 Standard Kit – No Lock Box – Detex Advantex Stainless Steel Bar - includes all the pieces and parts to surface mount a Detex Advantex Weatherized Stainless Steel panic bar to your chain link or ornamental metal gate. Advantex bars are all stainless steel for superior corrosion resistance. Electric retraction refers to a feature where an electric signal electronically pulls back the latch or locking mechanism, allowing a gate or door to open without someone manually turning a handle or pushing the bar. This kit allows for free exit/egress only, with no access/ingress from the outside of the gate.

D-10035 Standard Kit – No Lock Box – Detex Advantex Stainless Steel Bar - Contents:
- D-10003 (36"L) or D-10004 (48"L) trimmable Detex Advantex 40xW Weatherized surface mount exit bar - all Stainless Steel.
- D-6900-UN (12"H) or D-6500 (24"H) 16ga. mounting plate, adjusts for 29"-54" wide gate frame - not drilled for lock box or panic bar - black or silver.
- D-6020 adjustable receiver bracket for 3" O.D. (outside diameter) post (2-7/8" actual) - black or silver.
- Stainless Steel Tek-Screws and Fasteners Included
Ordering Notes:
Height - refers to mounting plate height. Width - refers to panic bar length. Finish - refers to mounting plate and adjustable receiver bracket.
If you need a lock box, outside trim, or if you plan to add an electric strike, then you will need to upgrade your kit to a D-10045 kit.
We recommend using either self closing hinges or a gate closer in combination with a panic bar kit. Self Closing Hinges | Gate Closers
Building Notes:
Holes must be drilled in plate to mount panic bar.
