Heavy Duty Barrel Hinge with Weld Tabs (NW6215)
Weld-on barrel hinges are great for use on heavy steel gates. The weld tab simplifies installation by providing a flat surface to take the guess work out of indexing hinges in the proper orientation. Hinges are sold in either right-hand or left-hand configurations so make sure to select the proper option for the application. Hinges need to be painted and greased after welding and come with a grease fitting installed to keep the gates swinging smooth for years to come. Hinges help maintain tight tolerances and provide an inherent tamper resistance that is perfect for heavy steel pedestrian gates, panic bar gates, high security applications, and automated or manual driveway gates.

- Offered in Right and Left hand versions.
- Heavy weld-on design.
- Allowance for hinge is 1.22".

Order two or more per gate leaf depending on application
Right-Hand Hinges are designed for gates where the latch/handle is on the right and swinging out towards you. This keeps the weight bearing pins facing up.
Left-Hand Hinges are designed for gates where the latch/handle is on the left and swinging out towards you. This keeps the weight bearing pins facing up.
You may opt to install one pin facing up and one down to prevent the gate from being lifted off the pins.

I had been shopping for some special hinges and had been having no luck. I found hinges that looked right on the Hoover Fence website, but I couldn't be sure, so I called. I got a helpful service person right away, and he directed me to the info I needed. I placed the order, and the hinges showed up about 3 days later. They are perfect for my needs and they were economical. Now I'm a Hoover Fence customer for life!
Barrel hinges were heavy duty and well..
Barrel hinges were heavy duty and well made but when ordering should order one left hand and one right hand so that both grease fittings are facing up and the door cannot be lifted off the hinges.
The gate hinges 
The hinges was good, the grease fitting was broken and damaged on one of the hinges, maybe the grease fitting should be separated and installed when welding completed.
