Offset Gravity Latches for Wood Gates (NW38204AQ)

Gravity thumb latches are commonly used on wood gates. Typically they are mounted on the inside of the gate. Latches may only be opened from the side they are mounted on unless the gate is short enough where one can reach over the gate. This offset latch is made for situations where the bolt needs mounted on the gate at a 90° angle, such as when the gate is installed on the center of the post. Latch is self-latching. For child safety, pair this latch with self-closing hinges, a gate spring, or the Kant-Slam for pool safety. Offset gate latches are available with a black finish only. There is a provision for a padlock to be added.

This latch is ideal for use with wood gates.
