Ornamental Thumb Latches w/ Lever for Wood Gates (NW38307 & NW38306A)

Ornamental thumb latches are used on wood gates. The advantage of using one of these latches is that one can open the gate from either side of the gate. Latch has a provision for a padlock on the inside. Gate will be unlockable from the outside if padlocked. Latches are self-closing and easy to install for the do-it-yourselfer. A drill, ratchet, and a wood rasp is all that is required to install.

These latches are ideal for use with wood gates.

NW38307 & NW38306A Features:

Zinc plated steel with black finish
Screws with black finish
9" Gate handle
Locking lever bar is 'flat'
25 each per case @ 37 lbs

Note: There is no difference in the measurements of the NW38307 and NW38306A other than the size of the Thumb Lever. The lever is 1" longer on the NW38306A for applications that require going through a thicker area on the gate. Also, the latch and handle come pre-assembled with set pin inserted in hinge area (Example).

NW38307: Recommended for mounting on a gate no thicker than 3".

NW38306A: Recommended for mounting on a gate no thicker than 4".
