Our Galvanized Frame Residential Chain Link Single Swing Gates feature a fully welded galvanized steel gate frame and fabric of your choice. The corners are notched and welded for added strength and rigidity. We then clean and paint the welded joints with a zinc-rich welders paint which protects from corrosion. The chain link fabric is attached to the gate uprights with tension bars and tension bands while aluminum tie wires attach the fabric at all horizontal rail connections. Our gates ship assembled, and do not include hardware.
Residential chain link fence single gates are available in heights of 3', 3-1/2', 4', 5', and 6', for opening sizes of 3', 3-1/2', 4', 5', and 6' wide. As for the chain link fabric itself, we offer galvanized options including 11-1/2 gauge, 11 gauge, and 9 gauge along with vinyl extruded 9 gauge chain link in Black, Brown, and Green.
If you are purchasing a gate with colored chain link we can not guarantee the color will match an existing fence. If you are purchasing a job-lot from us then the color will match the chain link fabric on your order. Black is black, but brown, and green may vary slightly from one lot to another or between manufacturers. Unfortunately, we can not match your existing colors even with a sample.

Our gates are built to fit the opening size shown, the space in-between the hinge posts or the hinge and latch post. Gates are also built approximately 2" shorter than the heights shown to allow space under the gate for it to swing. We can build to 'finish size' by request. Custom built sizes and configurations by special request. Please contact a sales representative for all custom requests.
Actual designs may vary from what is pictured depending on size of gate. Gates do not include a decorative scroll,though we do have them available separately. We also offer matching double drive gates along with fully color-coated options.

Actual Single gate widths are approx. 3-3/4" less than the width shown. This allows space for our standard strap hinges and fork latch (not included).
Example: a 4' (48") wide gate actually measures approximately 44-1/4" wide.
If you are using your hinges, set the posts after the gate arrives by pre-mounting the hinges and latch to guarantee a proper fit. This is always a good idea anyway. TIP: Set the gate hinge post first, install the gate complete with latch and set the latch post last. This GUARANTEES a good fit. We can custom build to fit your opening between posts, or other fixed structures, i.e. walls, and/or columns.
If you are replacing an existing gate, you must measure the gate opening size and make sure gate posts are plumb. Measure across the opening at a height where you intend to mount the latch. Provide us with the 'inside-to-inside' measurement. Provide us with the gate opening size and we will make the gate fit using our hinges and latch. It would also be wise to measure the actual height of the gate, in the case that our standard 2 inch space under the gate does not meet your needs. Please provide a drawing with all pertinent measurements at the time of your order.
