Our Adjustable Self-Closing Hinges are designed for residential use, feature a wrap-around post design and are self-closing with adjustable tension.

This hardware is ideal for use with Vinyl Gates. We also carry a version for Wood Gates (7400-W).

Residential Self Closing (Tension Adjustable) Stainless Steel Hinges
Intended for use on PVC or vinyl gates up to 48" wide x 72" tall.
Heavy Gates May Require an Additional Gate Spring
Spring May Be Left with No Tension if Self Closing is Not Required
Wrap-around post mount is 3-1/4" wide x 3-1/2" high.
Strap is 8' long x 3-1/2" high with a 1-1/2" wrap-around.
Sold in pairs.
Manufactured from 304 Stainless Steel.
Available in Black Polyester Powder Coat finish.
Hex Drive Stainless Steel 'TEK" fasteners included.

Instructions

Ideally used for hollow core vinyl or PVC welded frame gates that are up to 48" wide and 72" tall. These gates will have a sufficient mounting surface for the 8" strap.
Spring may be left with no tension if self-closing is not required.
Heavy gates may require an additional gate spring.
