I am a returning customer because of your prompt and accurate handling of my first order. Two ice storms this winter and countless severe thunderstorms this spring have really taken a toll on my trees causing damage to the fence. Since my first order, more wind and downed tree limbs caused additional damage. I have tried to find the replacement finials locally with no luck. This was an order from July 7th. I purchased the railings, post covers and gate. Attached are photos of the finished product. EVERYBODY is giving me compliments on how nice the deck now looks. The deck and railing I replaced was stained PT wood that was splintering and needed more upkeep. My only regret is that I forgot to take some photos before I started the replacement job. This was my first time ordering a product on line and shipping it via freight delivery. At first I was apprehensive, but Angie suggested that I could save $100.00 and pick up my fence order at a freight delivery location. From start to finish the entire process was seamless. Angie called me to confirm the freight delivery location. Within one week the freight delivery company called me to confirm that my order was ready for pick up. The freight delivery company was only 8 miles away. I ordered my fence material on March 27 and I have the fence material in my garage today. Excellent customer service. Very impressed with your company.
