PDS® Top Lock Privacy Slats for Chain Link Fence (PRIVACY-SLAT-LOCK-TOP)

PDS® Top Lock Privacy Slats provide an attractive and economical way to enhance the privacy, security and appearance of a chain link fence. Each slat features a notched opening near the top that accepts a flexible locking channel, creating a clean, uniform finished edge while helping secure the slats in place.

Top Lock Slats are manufactured from durable, UV-stabilized high-density polyethylene and are designed for residential, commercial and industrial fence applications. The slats resist severe weather, salt water, sand, road debris and many common environmental contaminants.

Top Lock Privacy Slats - Each bag provides approximately 10 linear feet of fence coverage and includes 82 individual slats and a flexible top-locking channel. Each slat is approximately 2" shorter than the actual fence height and provides approximately 75% privacy.

To install, insert each slat vertically through the chain link mesh with the locking notch positioned at the top. After all slats have been installed, thread the flexible locking channel horizontally through the notches to secure the slats in place. No special tools are required, although a pair of Fence Pliers may be helpful for straightening bent or distorted chain link wire.

Important: Top Lock Slats are available in different widths for specific chain link mesh sizes and wire gauges. Measure the fence mesh and confirm the wire gauge before ordering.
