Our 12” Straps with Pins to Screw combine a traditional design with exceptional strength and installation versatility. They are ideally used with the pin lagged into round wood posts or epoxied into masonry or granite posts. The 12" Straps with Pin to Screw Sets from Snug Cottage Hardware are perfect for wood fence gates and doors. This set includes the 12" heavy-duty straps and 1/2" x 4" pin to screw. Pricing includes a pair of straps and pins which are available in Hot Dipped Galvanized (8294-122) or Black Powdercoat over Hot Dip Galvanized (8294-12SP) finishes.

There is some adjustability thanks to the lag screw type male pin which screws into the wood post.

Note: Carriage bolts are not included (sold separately below).

• Forged steel heavy duty straps and lag-type pins.
• Available in both Hot Dipped Galvanized or Black (BPPCG) finishes.
• Color matched stainless steel wood screws (2” x #12) included.
• A carriage bolt is required for each hinge. Hinge sizes 7" to 16" require 3/8" dia. bolts and 18" to 36" require 1/2" dia. bolts. These are not included with the hinge pairs because the length of bolt needed will vary with each installation. Order bolts 1" longer than the overall thickness of your gate or door.
