HardCORE Cantilever Wheel Assembly (CI2240, CI2260)
The HardCORE Cantilever Wheel Assembly is another SHUT IT smartass design. With this assembly a wheel can be installed on a rail rather than on a v-track on the ground surface. These installations are ideal when installing a track on the ground is not feasible. Whether it is on a full cantilever gate system or the SHUT IT designed semi and quarter cantilever system, the HardCORE Cantilever Wheel Assembly is a perfect solution for the odd job.
- The HardCORE™ Cantilever Wheel Assembly Features:
- Installed on a rail rather than on a v-track

- Two Maintenance Free Sealed Bearings (no greasing)
- Adjustable Plates for Perfect Installations
- Only 1-1/8" thick to reduce friction and debris issues
- Limited Lifetime Warranty (5 Years on Bearings)
- Zinc Plated
- Maximum Load Rating Per Gate: 3,000 lbs (1,360 kg)
- Maximum Gate Weight: Up To 1,500 lbs (680 kg)
