HardCORE V-Groove Wheel w/ Carriage Plates (CI2515, CI2520, CI2715, CI2720)
SHUT IT! manufacturers its HardCORE V-Groove wheels in two standard sizes: 4" of HardCORE and 6" of HardCORE. Both versions are customized to fit your gate frame and outperform the competition on all fronts.
All HardCORE wheels use SHUT IT!'s unique bushing design, which fully utilizes the roller bearings.
These gate wheels include carriage plates and are available for 1-1/2" and 2" bottom rails.

- Includes carriage plates, ideal for UL325 installation
- Adjustable Plates For Perfect Installations
- Only 1-1/8” (29mm) thick to reduce friction and debris issues
- Limited Lifetime Warranty (5 Years on Bearings)
- Zinc Plated
- Maximum Load Rating Per Gate: 3,000 lbs (1,360 kg) for 1-1/2" Frame, 5,000 lbs (2,300 kg) for 2" Frame
- Maximum Gate Weight: Up To 1,500 lbs (680 kg) for 4" Wheels, Up To 2,200 lbs (1,000 kg) for 6" Wheels
- Super-hard cold rolled steel (30RC rating)
