HardCORE Carriage Plates (CI2140, CI2140A, CI2160, CI2160A)
Carriage Plates are available in both steel and aluminum versions which replace traditional wheel boxes and enable you to install the HardCORE Gate Wheel inside the bottom rail of the gate itself. The result: a UL325 happy system!
- The HardCORE™ Carriage Plates Features:
- Original mounting plates for gate wheels
- Adjustable plates for perfect installation
- Meets UL 325 Safety Standard
- Models for 4” (102mm) and 6” (152mm) wheels
- Available in steel and aluminum
- No need for bulky and heavy wheel boxes
- 1/8” (3mm) plate thickness
- Combine with carriage caps for chain link applications
