HardCORE V-Groove Wheel (CI2415, CI2420, CI2615, CI2620, CI2625)
SHUT IT! manufacturers its HardCORE V-Groove wheels in two standard sizes: 4" of HardCORE and 6" of HardCORE. Both versions are customized to fit your gate frame and outperform the competition on all fronts.
All HardCORE wheels use SHUT IT!'s unique bushing design, which fully utilizes the roller bearings.
These Gate Wheels do not include Carriage Plates so you will need to provide your own wheel box or plate system (available for purchase separately).

Fast shipping of the right product
Extremely fast shipping, and exactly the right product! We were having problems finding gate wheels that would fit the existing (40 yr old vintage) gate wheel boxes without requiring welding, custom bushings or other modification. Hoover's website included the complete technical specs of the various wheels so I could determine if they would work before I ordered, and the fit was perfect. The wheels we needed were described (and priced) as a premium item, and while low demand probably keeps the cost up, nonetheless the high quality of these wheels was apparent. The replacement wheels slipped perfectly into the existing boxes in seconds, requiring nothing more than the included hardware to install, rather than hours of grinding and welding, or trial-and-error with bushings and spacers, that nearly every other option would have entailed. Plus the shipping was almost immediate. Thanks Hoover!
